Refund and Cancellation Policy

This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms for seeking refunds on services purchased through the Switch Abroad platform.

1. Non-Refundable Fees
The initial consultation fee is non-refundable; however, if the candidate proceeds with full services, this fee may be deducted from the total service cost. Additional fees, such as application fees to universities or certain government fees, are non-refundable due to third-party processing rules.

2. Refund Conditions for Service Charges
For candidates who have made full payments: if Switch Abroad is unable to complete the requested service, 30% of the service charge is refundable, excluding any non-refundable third-party fees. For candidates who opt for single services, no refund will be provided once the individual service is completed.

3. Withdrawal by Candidate
If a candidate decides to withdraw services mid-process, no refund of service charges will be provided. However, candidates may resume the process within 180 days of payment without incurring additional fees, provided the service is still available.

4. Refund Request Process
Candidates must request a refund within two (2) days of notification of service disruption. Approved refunds will be processed within seven (7) working days.
